Thanksgiving 2010

on December 3, 2010

This year our Thanksgiving break was rolled in with parent teacher conferences so we (Kaelyn) had the whole week off to hang, relax, read, play on the computer and bother mommy during the boys naptime! John was also off the entire week, thanks to having worked a Friday during the summer and for 2 other days when he was at a conference! It was so nice having daddy home and the kids were totally bummed when it was time for everyone to get back on track. I, on the other hand, was SUPER excited for everyone to get back into our normal routine. Here are some photos from our rockin’ week! Enjoy!

Little Men and Young Lady, all dressed up in their nice outfits.

Kiddos with Maga and Baga, oh Ian.

The Kids with my grandparents, Babcia and Dziadzia. Love it!

Turkey Platter, circa 1970’s?! Still going strong!

Milling around the kitchen when it’s close to dinner time ends up being fun! My cousin Collette (Auntie Collette to the kids) and I LOVING our salad job! Maybe a bit too enthusiastically?

The entire adult table (minus Dziadzia who was running around with Gavin), kids table photo shoot was a bit worse 😉

After Cathony Thanksgiving, we headed over to Rork Thanksgiving for dessert! We had some lovely pie, and sippin bourbon. What will we think of next, folks!

Oh, that’s right. We’ll think about bringing down ol’ papa papa’s shotgun from the den! Haha, gotta love it! Shotgun circa 1800’s.

And you thought we were crazy now, come back and see what we’ve got in store for you for Christmas 😉
